I once watched news footage of a black Friday shopping riot. On the wall behind the melee was a Christmas wall hanging saying “Peace.” We don’t just want peace as a wall decoration. Jesus brings true peace. The reign and rule of Jesus brings peace. Prince of Peace will be King of Kings and his Kingdom will be filled with peace. To name Jesus Prince of Peace is to trust in the hope of his promises. One day you will know peace.
