Help for the Holiday Blues

The holiday season brings a time of shared joy and celebration; it's a time when we celebrate traditions with loved ones. For those experiencing life's trials and losses, the holidays may also bring an unwelcome visitor - despair. There is hope. In spite of your loss - whether a loved one, a relationship, a job, or your health - there are ways to cope. Join us at the Help for the Holiday Blues Workshop and learn ways to bring joy back into these special times.
